Eventist Collective Triumphs at RHS Chelsea Flower Show

 Eventist Collective, the premium hospitality group that unites four distinguished catering brands, is celebrating after delivering a standout experience at RHS Chelsea Flower Show (19-24 May 2025).

Every year, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show stands as a global celebration of horticultural excellence, drawing royalty, VIPs, industry leaders, and garden lovers from across the world. At the centre of this renowned event, Eventist Collective curated an impeccable hospitality experience; seamless, luxurious, and elevated by exceptional service, imaginative design, and world-class cuisine.

The Collective, which officially launched in March 2025, redefines excellence in event hospitality by offering a comprehensive suite of services from concept to completion across corporate, private, and public events. Part of the Eventist Group, now in its 3rd year at RHS Chelsea, the Collective brought together its four distinguished brands, who collectively have over 100 years’ experience under one roof at the show, offering its complete services; Restaurants, Corporate & Private Hospitality, Retail and Show Catering.

An incredible 5,500 guests attended the Exclusive Gala night and enjoyed a Champagne and canapeì reception created by Zafferano, offering bold and unique flavours including seared yellowfin tuna and Circling Jamon Iberico & Manchego croquette. 55,000 canapes were served by the team on the night, as well as an array of food stations served in the main pavilion.

One of RHS Chelsea’s gastronomic highlights is Spring Garden – led by caterer AP&Co. – which has become a sought-after culinary experience known for its impeccable ‘straight from the earth’ food offering.

This year, Spring Garden guests were treated to bespoke menus co-created by chef Skye Gyngell & newly appointed José Pizarro in an unparalleled setting. Skye brought her signature farm-to-fork influences while José introduced his blend of traditional and contemporary Spanish flavours to Spring Garden. Standout dishes included the Devilled Cacklebean Eggs, Spring Vegetable Romesco & Toasted Sourdough from the breakfast menu, Girolle & Violet Artichoke Risotto, Cime De Rapa & Marjoram Butter and Rye Bay Bass, Confit Apple & Fennel, Wye Valley Asparagus & Bitter Leaves at lunch and the sweet treats for Afternoon Tea, particularly the Yuzu & Plum Kernel Cake, Candied Almond & Poached Pear.

The Sales and Marketing Team at AP&Co., who are also responsible for selling hospitality tickets for Spring Garden, have seen growth over circa 28% in revenue since taking over the contract in 2022. Head of Projects, Madeleine Bahu adds ‘We’re incredibly proud of our sales performance, which continues to be driven by a strong combination of proactive outreach, responsive service, and strategic PR. Tapenade, the experts in large-scale events, offered on-the-go food & drink to guests at the busy show, including coffee, breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks in Rock Bank and Thames View Cafe, as well as catering for the RHS Suites and Exhibitors. New for this year, Tapenade collaborated with Beautiful by George, a North Yorkshire-based artist who installed her incredible, uplifting Spring Tonic wall coverings in both cafés, adorned with wild flowers to look like hand-painted murals.

Food by Dish brought the Champagne & Seafood Restaurant to Chelsea guests, who tucked into a luxury seafood lunch accompanied by a glass of Pommery Brut Royal. Dish also introduced a fresh perspective to corporate and social dining with Ranelagh Restaurant, a luxury fine dining restaurant offering breakfast and lunch with British provenance and quality at the heart of the menu. Menu highlights included the Smoked trout mousse, cucumber, apple and elderflower dressing, sea herbs and Norfolk lamb rump, potato and shoulder terrine, smoked courgettes and spring vegetables along with Strawberry and mascarpone roll, vanilla and caramelised pistachio. Ranelagh restaurant also holds a place of heritage and distinction, as the iconic setting where the royals traditionally dine on Gala Night.

In addition, Food by Dish manage a private hospitality suite called the QEII, which offers an exclusive space for high-profile events and corporate gatherings. This suite is renowned for its exceptional service and prime location, enhancing the overall experience for clients and guests alike. Food by Dish also maintains a prestigious partnership with The Dorchester, one of London’s elevating hospitality offerings.

During the week, over 300 of Eventist Collective’s hosted guests – including sporting event companies, consultants, agents and venues – were treated to an array of dining delights, including delicious breakfasts, a four-course lunch and a sumptuous afternoon tea, handcrafted canapés, fromagerie station with paired wines, along with live music entertainment, immersive and interactive food stations that added theatrical touches to the dining experience.
