Bringing businesses together: Luxury New Forest hotel to host conference showcase for the corporate community

A luxury hotel in the heart of the New Forest has announced its first conference & events showcase, bringing together businesses, professionals, and industry enthusiasts across the region.

Taking place on Thursday 2nd of November, the 4* Balmer Lawn Hotel and Spa is hosting a free corporate events and conference showcase. With slots running from 12pm-3pm and 4pm-7pm, there will be an opportunity for the attendees to network with like-minded professionals. To facilitate this, Balmer Lawn will be hosting hands-on team-building activities, including cocktail-making masterclasses, archery, and even duck-herding. 

The day will allow attendees and prospective businesses to immerse themselves in the conference world – with the hotel’s rooms equipped for a variety of corporate event needs. Amongst the rooms being showcased is an awards venue with staging, lighting, and a 360-degree photo booth, as well as meeting rooms and breakout games rooms. There will also be a talk from an activities specialist, giving ideas for how businesses can make corporate events more engaging. 

As a special offer, Balmer Lawn has said that the first 20 companies to confirm their attendance and go on to book an event will even receive a complimentary overnight stay at the hotel.
