Three Stages. One Industry. Endless Ideas.

CHS Manchester unveils its biggest and boldest education programme yet

CHS Manchester has revealed its full education programme for this September’s event, bringing together more than 30 speakers across three dedicated stages in what promises to be one of the most dynamic days of learning, debate and collaboration in the meetings and events calendar.

Running continuously throughout the day, the programme has been designed to reflect the pace of today’s events industry. Sessions are deliberately concise, lasting just 20 to 25 minutes, allowing visitors to build their own agenda across three very different stages, each offering its own perspective on the challenges, opportunities and future of the profession.

At the heart of the day is the Revolution Stage, bringing together many of the industry’s most respected voices for a fast-moving programme of ideas, experiences and practical insight. Dani Wallace will open the day with a session on personal branding before Matt Gregson from Lily Shippen explores career development in a changing workplace.

Fresh’s Suzy Woods and Alastair McCall will challenge the traditional divide between creativity and delivery, while Andrew Orr from TRO examines how event professionals can communicate with greater authority and influence inside their organisations. The day concludes with storyteller Nick Elston, whose closing session promises to leave audiences inspired long after the show closes.

Running through the Revolution Stage programme will be one of the show’s most ambitious live experiences. Across three sessions, Ed Richards, founder of Zoby.ai, will build the new CHS Manchester AI Hub in real time alongside delegates, identifying industry challenges in the morning, developing solutions during the day and unveiling a practical AI resource that attendees will be able to take away and use immediately.

Alongside the main programme, the Discover Manchester Stage, curated by Manchester Convention Bureau, part of Marketing Manchester, showcases the innovation, partnerships and venues helping position Manchester as one of Europe’s leading event destinations. Sessions explore accessibility and inclusion with Aviva Studios, sustainable hospitality with Radisson Hotel Group, and with meaningful sessions from organisations including Northern Roots, CityCo, Manchester Metropolitan University, and Selling Savvy, all covering subjects from destination collaboration to the future of event experiences across the city region.

Completing the programme is the Industry Hub, where many of the sector’s leading associations and communities will create their own conversations throughout the day. Organisations including beam, mia, SITE, NOWIE, Fast Forward 15 and Evolve will host networking sessions, discussions and collaborative learning, reinforcing CHS Manchester’s commitment to creating a show built with the industry as much as for it.

Emma King, Founder and CEO, CHS Group, commented: “The way we learn has changed. We don’t want to sit through hour-long presentations anymore. We want fresh ideas, different perspectives, honest conversations and people who are prepared to share what they’re learning in real time. That’s exactly what we’ve built this year.”

“The programme reflects everything CHS Manchester has become. It’s energetic, collaborative, sometimes challenging, often entertaining and always rooted in helping event professionals leave with something genuinely valuable. Whether that’s a new contact, a fresh perspective, a practical tool or simply a renewed excitement for what we do, that’s success for us.”
