Every Green DDR booking at Ashton Gate Stadium will now include a full sustainability report from From Now as standard.
Ashton Gate Stadium is officially partnering with From Now as the reporting partner for our Green Day Delegate Rate package.
As a venue already leading the way on sustainability, we’re on a mission to halve emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2040 through Project Whitebeam.
Our Green Day Delegate Rate is a clear example of that work in action. Fairtrade tea and coffee, low carbon lunches, local suppliers, public transport promotion and optional tree planting per delegate are all built into the package, helping organisers make more considered choices from the outset.
Every Green DDR booking will now include a full sustainability report from From Now as standard, giving organisers clearer data on the impact of their event – helping them to understand where improvements can be made and begin shaping an official reduction strategy for their event.
Each report will include:
- Total event emissions
- Per person footprint
- A breakdown across food, waste, travel and energy
- Two to three recommendations for future events
From Now’s reporting process has been designed to integrate seamlessly into our existing event delivery. Once an event has taken place, the Ashton Gate team will share the relevant data with From Now. From Now will then review the data, calculate the impact and produce a visual report for the client within 14 days.
As sustainability expectations continue to rise, clients, agencies and stakeholders are increasingly looking for proof behind environmental claims. By making reporting a standard part of our Green DDR offer, we’re helping organisers move beyond intention and understand the measurable impact of their events.
