Lime Venue Portfolio (LVP) is returning to The Meetings Show with a packed programme of networking, education and industry conversation, transforming the LVP Kitchen into one of the show’s busiest hubs for event planners looking to learn, connect and discover some of the UK’s most exciting venues.
Joining LVP on the stand will be venue partners Allianz Stadium, Edgbaston Stadium, the Kia Oval, Newbury Racecourse, the Jockey Club Venues, The Venues Collection, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and a selection of stadia across the UK. Also in the kitchen will be members of the LVP Hub, representing more than 60 venues across the portfolio and giving organisers access to an unrivalled range of event spaces and expertise under one roof.
This year’s programme begins with one of the industry’s most talked-about topics. At 11am on the opening day, LVP will host an exclusive invitation-only workshop as part of the launch of The AI Conversation, its new industry-wide initiative exploring how artificial intelligence is changing the way events are planned, managed and experienced.
Bringing together contributors from across the meetings and events sector, the session will examine the opportunities, challenges and practical realities of AI adoption, helping shape a wider conversation that will continue throughout the show and beyond.
That discussion moves onto the education programme on Day Two, when LVP hosts a dedicated session featuring AI experts Vanessa Lovatt, Event Tech World, Nick Davies, Pretty Pragmatic, and Lucy Postlethwaite, Practical AI, and chaired by Jenner Carter from Lime Venue Portfolio. Together, the panel will explore how event professionals can navigate AI with confidence, where the technology is already delivering genuine value, and how organisations can move from curiosity to practical implementation.
And because no great kitchen is complete without good company, the LVP Kitchen will once again become a networking destination in its own right. At 4pm on Day One, LVP, Excel London and the Delegate Wranglers will host an informal Kitchen Disco, bringing together event professionals from across the industry for an afternoon of conversation, connections and celebration.
The Meetings Show will also provide the stage for further announcements from LVP, as the brand continues to invest in new tools, resources and initiatives designed to support event planners and venue-finding professionals.
Jenner Carter, Head of Marketing, Lime Venue Portfolio, said: “One of the things we love about The Meetings Show is that it brings together everything that makes this industry special. Great people, great ideas and great conversations. The LVP Kitchen has always been about creating a space where planners can do business, discover new venues, learn from their peers and spend time with the wider events community. This year, we’re adding even more opportunities to do exactly that, from our AI discussions and educational content, through to networking and some exciting new announcements we’re looking forward to sharing.”
The Meetings Show takes place at Excel London on 24–25 June, with visitors invited to stop by the LVP Kitchen at stand D69 throughout the event.
