asembl.agency has appointed Natalie Glasgow as Managing Director, strengthening the agency’s leadership as it continues to grow and evolve. The appointment follows a deliberate, planned process to ensure the agency has the dedicated, senior day-to-day leadership needed to support its next phase of scale and sustained momentum.
Natalie brings significant senior experience across agency and client-side environments, with a career spanning strategic events, experiential programmes, and commercial leadership. Her background across global agency networks aligns closely with the direction in which asembl. is stretching and maturing as a business.
Most recently, Natalie served as Managing Director at Your Event Solutions (YES), where she led the business through a period of strong growth and the integration that followed Internova’s acquisition of YES and Altour. Prior to that, she led Global Events and Brand Experience at Publicis Groupe, delivering major programmes for global brands at events including Cannes Lions and CES.
Natalie is known for her blend of strategic thinking, commercial sharpness, and operational discipline, combined with a people-first, listening-first leadership style. She has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened operations, and supported significant commercial growth across previous roles at YES, Within3, and Publicis.
In her new role, Natalie will lead the day-to-day operations of asembl.agency, working closely with the senior team to strengthen structure, enhance delivery, and support the agency’s continued growth. She will report directly to the asembl.group board.
