Clermont Hotel Group reveals reimagined Tower Suite, elevating their offering to event planners

Clermont Hotel Group (CHG) has officially relaunched the Tower Suite at The Tower Hotel by Thistle, bringing the revitalised, design-led event space back to the capital’s MICE market.

The Tower Suite sits in one of London’s most distinctive locations beside Tower Bridge, with all-encompassing views of the city’s skyline. The relaunch introduces a contemporary and highly adaptable event space, which can be tailored to the evolving needs of conferences, corporate gatherings, celebratory and social events.

The expansive venue has its own private entrance, offering a fully modernised space in the heart of the city with the capacity to welcome up to 500 guests for gala dinners, large-scale conferences, product launches or celebrations.

The space is CHG’s largest venue in the capital, with the refurbishment bringing fresh and modern design, advanced AV technology featuring integrated digital signage, HD projection, flexible connectivity and music systems, with retractable ceiling rigging systems allowing for full production customisation, giving organisers the freedom to create immersive, branded environments.

Further refurbishment is also planned at the 801-room Tower Hotel by Thistle across the entire guest journey. This includes investment into the reception area as well as plans for a lobby bar, and external terrace. CHG will also be modernising the hotel’s bedroom offering as well as introducing a further new F&B concept.

The multi-million-pound investment project forms part of wider plans across CHG’s portfolio to continue to meet the needs of the modern traveller and create ‘Spaces for All’ across all of their hotels, ranging from exceptional accommodation, innovative and destination-led dining, to standout meetings and event spaces.

Danielle Ravenscroft, M&E Director of Clermont Hotel Group said: “The return of the Tower Suite represents a significant moment for our meetings and events portfolio. We’ve created a space that not only responds to the practical needs of today’s planners —flexibility, technology and flow — but one that also delivers a memorable setting that enhances the overall delegate experience. It’s a venue designed to inspire creativity and elevate every stage of an event.“

Richard O’Riordan, General Manager of The Tower Hotel by Thistle added: “It’s fantastic to see The Tower Suite open its doors after its transformation. It’s been a privilege to have been a part of this journey and congratulations to the teams involved in making this a reality. The Tower Suite has always been a significant part of our hotel’s identity and I look forward to seeing this landmark venue become a sought-after London event space once again.”

The Tower Hotel by Thistle offers 801 bedrooms for residential events and 16 flexible further meeting spaces with 12th floor panoramic views of the capital.
