The Venues Collection has appointed Gill Scott as National Business Development Manager to support and expand its work in the corporate and business travel markets.
Gill brings extensive sales and account management experience from the hotel, leisure and travel sectors, having held senior roles at De Vere, IHG and Marriott.
In her new role at The Venues Collection, Gill will be responsible for driving new business into the collection, drawing on Gill’s existing relationships and growing the customer base. Gill will be overseeing a portfolio of business travel agents, increasing revenue from the corporate sector and raising awareness of The Venues Collection as a hotel brand.
Gill Scott said: “I’m looking forward to working with the team at The Venues Collection to help grow the business. There’s a lot of potential in the corporate market and I’ll be strengthening our relationships with agents and corporates and helping to drive growth across our five venues.”
