The HAC welcomes the new season with its Autumn Winter menu

The Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) has opened the season with its new Autumn/Winter 2025 – 2026 menu, created by Searcys. Inspired by the changing seasons, the new menu celebrates the best of British produce, combining comforting flavours with refined presentation and modern flair.

Located in the heart of the City of London, the HAC offers a unique blend of heritage and contemporary hospitality. The venue’s in-house catering partner, Searcys, is renowned for its commitment to sustainability, local sourcing and exceptional quality. Each dish in the new menu has been crafted using responsibly sourced ingredients from trusted British suppliers, reflecting Searcys’ dedication to provenance and seasonality.

Guests can enjoy a range of menu styles, from elegant three-course seated dinners to creative bowl food and bite-size canapés. Highlights include Highland venison with caramelised chicory and elderberry jus, Jerusalem artichoke and cep risotto, and a warming Apple cheesecake with caramelised apple and honeycomb. The menu is complemented by Searcys’ extensive wine and Champagne list, alongside bespoke winter cocktails such as the Gunroom Ember and Midwinter Mess.

Sarah McQueen, Director of Catering and Events at the HAC, comments: “This new menu truly captures the essence of Autumn and Winter. It highlights the rich, comforting flavours of the season with ingredients like root vegetables, squash and venison. The dishes feel familiar yet refined, offering a perfect balance of warmth and creativity for guests to enjoy in our beautiful, historic setting.”
