The Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) has unveiled a series of strategic enhancements to its flagship Prince Consort Rooms, reinforcing its appeal for conferences, corporate events and brand activations as demand builds for autumn and Christmas bookings.
The investment includes the installation of new coloured LED lighting within the Prince Consort Rooms, enabling event organisers to create immersive, highly personalised environments. The system allows full customisation of colour schemes and ambience, supporting everything from subtle brand integration to fully themed transformations.
This latest upgrade responds to growing demand for experience-led events, with organisers seeking greater control over how spaces reflect their brand, messaging, and audience engagement.
To further enhance flexibility within the Prince Consort Rooms and across the estate, the HAC has also introduced a bespoke mobile bar concept. Fully customisable and repositionable, the bar can be branded to align with individual event requirements, adding another layer of personalisation and guest experience.
These enhancements are already delivering impact across a range of events hosted at the venue. Most recently, a conference for haircare brand Tangle Teezer showcased the full potential of the Prince Consort Rooms, which were transformed through bold branding and immersive creative content.
The bespoke mobile bar was seamlessly integrated into the event design and fully branded as part of the experience, creating a vibrant, cohesive and highly engaging environment for attendees, while access to the HAC’s five acres of private grounds added a further experiential dimension.
Sarah McQueen, Director of Catering and Events at the HAC, comments: “The Prince Consort Rooms have always been one of our most versatile spaces, but these latest enhancements allow clients to go even further in how they bring events to life. From fully branded conferences to standout awards dinners and Christmas celebrations, the ability to transform the space through lighting and flexible elements like the mobile bar gives organisers real creative control and helps deliver more memorable experiences for guests.”
Combining period architecture with modern production capabilities, the Prince Consort Rooms are ideally suited to conferences, awards dinners, corporate celebrations and seasonal events. The addition of advanced lighting and enhanced branding opportunities further expands its appeal as organisers look to create memorable and differentiated experiences.
