Stephanie Hall joins Exclusive Collection’s board of directors

Exclusive Collection has appointed Stephanie Hall on to the board of directors.

Currently group sales and marketing director at the privately owned hotel company, Stephanie joins 6 fellow company directors overseeing the management, strategy and governance of the organisation. She joined Exclusive Collection 14 years ago, has continually progressed, and is also part of the company’s strong female management team.

Exclusive Collection, who purchased Ansty Hall in 2022, is currently making capital investments across its portfolio of 7 country house hotels to ensure it maintains its reputation as a leading leisure destination and preferred choice for meetings and events. Current investments include:

  • Ansty Hall is being updated and refurbished in readiness for full integration into Exclusive Collection’s exacting standards and commitments to B Corp.
  • The development of 8 new lakeside lodges at South Lodge set to open in 2024.
  • At Pennyhill Park, meeting and events spaces have been reconfigured and significant investment made in new tech and audio visuals. With sustainability a core consideration to all investments by Exclusive Collection, the new equipment reduces electricity by using LED lights that are more energy-efficient, durable and have lower heat output.
  • Across the portfolio, kitchen equipment which was formerly reliant on fossil fuels, has been replaced by convection and lower power source hobs and ovens.

Along with a focus on product innovation, Exclusive is also undertaking significant work to review and customise its digital assets and experience. Andy Cartwright, formerly BCD Meetings & Events, has been appointed as director of technology and analytics, while Derek Bock joins from Ralph Trustees as Exclusive Collection’s new director of finance.

Danny Pecorelli, MD, of Exclusive Collection says: “Steph is a fantastic addition to the board of directors as she brings ideas and a fresh vision to what our guests seek from a stay or day out with us. Her commercial understanding is second to none and her leadership skills have enabled a creative, client focussed sales and marketing team who adapt and who foresee emerging demands from our spa members and MICE and leisure guests. She joins the board at an important time for the business as we continue to adapt, innovate and anticipate a new generation of visitors to the hotels.”

Exclusive Collection is a privately owned group of hotels and has built a reputation for putting a contemporary edge into some of England’s classic country house destinations. Exclusive also has a championship golf course, a cookery school and an historic pub too.
