Sad news for Team Spirit but can you make use of some of their assets

As a result of the Covid-19 crisis compounding problems caused by a difficult trading period for Team Spirit Event Management Limited, Ian Williamson and Chris Brindle of Campbell Crossley & Davis were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 14th May 2020.  The Company, which was based in Oldham, Lancashire had been operating since 2002.

The goodwill and IPR in the Company have been sold to KDM Events Limited of Stoke-on-Trent following interest from several parties.

Wignall Brownlow LLP, Chartered Surveyors based in Manchester, has been appointed by the Joint Liquidators to dispose of the Team Spirit assets which comprise of a large quantity of audio visual equipment, lighting, event & team building props, scenery & façades, oversized indoor & outdoor games, large inflatables, modern warehouse racking, American Diner furniture, computer equipment and good quality office furniture, all contained in a 40,000sq.ft warehouse in Oldham.  The assets are being sold by way of an online auction sale that closes on Friday 10th July 2020 which will be hosted by Bidspotter (www.bidspotter.co.uk) and will include modern AV equipment that is being sold on behalf of a number of finance companies.

The sale comprises of almost 1100 lots, which will be on view to potential purchasers, strictly by appointment, on 8th & 9th July 2020.
