The QHotels Group have announced a number of creative ideas to encourage everyone back to meeting up.

The brand, known for its creativity, has some novel ideas to attract business, groups and individuals out of the home office and into a great meeting space.

Recognising four legged co-workers, each of the group’s hotels’ has introduced a dog friendly meetings and working programme so that you don’t need to leave the dog home alone.

Doggie Delegate Days for groups mean that everyone can bring their dog to work anytime.  Most of the hotels have extensive grounds so “walkies” can be part of the day – great for the dogs and their owners to enjoy some healthy down-time.

Conference treats, drinks (non-alcoholic of course) can be ordered on demand for humans and their 4-legged friends  alike and dogs can enjoy their own special chill-out whilst their owners work – it’s a dog’s life QHotels style.

Wellness Meetings are included on the hotel’s agenda. Early arrival means that groups and individuals can enjoy a workout and swim before the working day begins.

Specially curated smoothies and body boosting foods have been produced  by the executive chef and his team after months of experimentation and trial.

Power walking with coffee has been introduced in the hotel grounds for ‘netwalking’, and afternoon yoga sessions organised to ensure that mind and body are at peak performance. 

Lunch is served al fresco (weather dependent) with oxygen and hydration elements included to boost body and brain function.

Finally an end of the day sauna or steam room experience will send delegates home happy, fulfilled and bolstered for the week ahead.

The group have also launched a “Free Sunday Sleepover” with guests able to stay over to the Monday working day for free as two people sharing are given £35 each to spend on food throughout a two day stay at £70 total cost.
