London Museum Docklands appoints Green & Fortune as exclusive catering & hospitality partner

London Museum Docklands has appointed leading independent hospitality business Green & Fortune as its exclusive catering and hospitality partner, introducing a more integrated approach to catering across the venue’s meetings and events offering. The appointment builds on a wider collaboration between the organisations, with Green & Fortune also the exclusive catering partner at London Museum’s new site at Smithfield, which opens toward the end of this year.

The partnership introduces a refreshed approach to catering at London Museum Docklands with Green & Fortune working closely with the team to deliver a flexible, events-led offer, building on the venue’s established programme of conferences, meetings, receptions and private dining.

Green & Fortune will bring a creative and operationally robust approach to event catering, drawing on a strong track record of delivering catering across London’s leading venues, with menus that are seasonal, sustainable and bespoke, designed to respond to the format, audience and brief of each event. The team will ensure seamless delivery across both daytime and evening events, with a focus on quality, consistency and attention

As a certified B Corp, Green & Fortune operate with a strong focus on responsible sourcing, low-waste practices and long-term supplier partnerships, supporting the growing demand for more sustainable event delivery.

Raffaela Pozzi, Assistant Head of Hospitality at London Museum, comments: “Green & Fortune bring a wealth of experience across London’s events sector, and their approach aligns closely with what our clients are looking for – high-quality, sustainably sourced food, flexibility and a seamless delivery. This partnership strengthens our offer at London Museum Docklands and gives clients confidence in both the creative and operational side of their event, supported by a shared commitment to sustainability.”

Rebecca Harris, Venue Sales Director at Green & Fortune, adds: “London Museum Docklands is one of London’s most distinctive event venues, combining heritage, culture and a strong sense of place in the heart of Canary Wharf. We are proud to deepen our partnership with London Museum through this appointment, building on our work at the new London Museum in Smithfield.

“Our approach is rooted in seasonality, sustainability and thoughtful hospitality, and we look forward to bringing that to London Museum Docklands while supporting its continued growth as a leading London events destination.”

London Museum Docklands continues to offer a distinctive backdrop for events, combining historic architecture with contemporary production capabilities. Income generated through venue hire supports the museum’s work as a charity, helping to preserve and share the history of London.
