Independent, female-founded event agency Lemon Lane has been ranked 67 in the 2026 edition of The Sunday Times 100, Britain’s fastest-growing private companies.
The league table, now in its fifth year, takes on the baton from The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 series, which celebrated the country’s leading entrepreneurs for 24 years. Today, it recognises Britain’s fastest growing private businesses based on sustained sales growth over a three-year period.
Founded by Jade Howgrave-Graham, Lucy Francis and Rachel Capell in 2020, Lemon Lane launched at a time when the events industry faced unprecedented uncertainty. Built on the belief that people will always need meaningful ways to come together, the agency has grown from an idea born during the pandemic into one of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies, without external investment.
From its London base, Lemon Lane partners with organisations across a range of sectors to create experiences that resonate emotionally, intellectually and commercially. Combining strategic thinking, creative delivery and genuine partnership, the agency delivers live, virtual and hybrid experiences that connect people with brands, ideas and each other.
This recognition marks an important milestone for Lemon Lane and reflects the trust of its clients, the dedication of its team and the strength of the relationships it has built along the way.
Jade Howgrave-Graham, Co-Founder of Lemon Lane, says: “To be recognised (in The Sunday Times 100) is both incredibly exciting and a real affirmation of what we’ve been building over the past five years. We must be doing something right! Thank you to everyone who has helped us grow!”
Lucy Francis, Co-Founder of Lemon Lane, says: “This award means so much to all of us. To everyone who has supported along the way we are so grateful. It feels like we are just getting started though; here’s to the next five years.”
Rachel Capell, Co-Founder of Lemon Lane, says: “This recognition means a lot because it reflects the hard work of the whole team and the trust our clients have placed in us since day one. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and excited for what comes next.”
Alongside its commercial growth, Lemon Lane has remained committed to building a business that puts people and purpose at the heart of its decision-making. The agency is an accredited Living Wage Employer, a signatory of the Better Business Act and accredited by the Good Business Charter. Its people-first approach has also been recognised through several industry awards and accreditations.
Inclusion in The Sunday Times 100 places Lemon Lane among a select group of privately owned UK-headquartered businesses recognised for exceptional and sustained growth. The ranking highlights companies that have achieved strong commercial performance over time, demonstrating resilience, ambition and continued success.
Looking ahead, the team remains focused on what has driven the business from the start: creating experiences that bring people together, supporting clients as true partners and building a business that people are proud to be part of.
