Introducing Landing Canary Wharf: A New Waterside Venue from Broadwick

Broadwick announces the official launch of Landing Canary Wharf, a premium private hire venue designed for high-impact events in the heart of London’s global business district. Opening in Autumn 2025 at 12 Bank Street, the venue offers architectural elegance, operational precision, and a rare private terrace with panoramic views over Eden Dock – all just steps from London’s most connected transport links.

With capacity for up to 450 guests, Landing Canary Wharf has been purpose-built to accommodate a wide range of occasions, from leadership summits and executive away days to brand launches, receptions, and private dinners. Blending refined hospitality with design-led interiors, the venue offers a minimalist canvas for tailored, high-impact experiences.

“Landing Canary Wharf is a rare addition to London’s venue landscape. It’s discreet, elevated, and architecturally exceptional, and it meets a growing demand for premium, personal spaces that don’t compromise on design or service,” said Simon Tracey, CEO of Broadwick. “With a commanding waterside location and best-in-class facilities, it’s a venue built for distinction.”

Landing Canary Wharf is the second venue in Broadwick’s Landing collection, following the firmly established success of Landing Forty Two in the City of London. Known for its panoramic skyline views and reputation among leading global brands, Landing Forty Two has become one of the capital’s most sought-after venues for high-level corporate gatherings. The new Canary Wharf location continues this legacy – maintaining a focus on precision, privacy and architectural clarity, while opening a new chapter for the brand.

The building, designed by acclaimed Japanese architect Jun Aoki, draws inspiration from the movement and reflectivity of water. The hire space is located on the second floor, where natural light and minimalist finishes create a fluid and adaptable environment that evolves throughout the day.

Landing Canary Wharf features a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system by in-house production partner Vibration Production, alongside a suite of amenities including boardroom-style meeting rooms, breakout booths, a waterside terrace room, venue bar, cloakroom, and a fully functioning kitchen.

The venue will also introduce a rich and elevated in-house catering offer, with bespoke menus and a service designed to match the tone and ambition of every event. Hospitality here is not an afterthought – it’s part of what defines the experience.

With its strategic location, Landing Canary Wharf is easily accessible via London Underground, DLR, and Elizabeth Line services, connecting directly to central London, Heathrow, and beyond.

Landing Canary Wharf sits within the 12 Bank Street development, which will also be home to several notable tenants launching in 2025 – including a new House of Gods hotel and a second location for London music venue Amazing Grace. These additions contribute to the area’s growing cultural footprint, expanding Canary Wharf’s offering across live performance, hospitality and leisure.

Landing Canary Wharf is now available for private hire.
