The Business Design Centre (BDC) has announced the promotion of Hayley Constable to Head of Exhibition Services, recognising her significant contribution to the venue over more than 15 years.
Hayley joined the Business Design Centre in 2008 and has since played a central role in the continued success of the Venue Services department. During her tenure, she has supported the delivery of the venue’s strongest financial performance to date, supporting the wider facilities remit and leading major operational projects and events, including Progressive Greetings Live, London Art Fair and Exclusively Housewares.
In her new role, Hayley will join Venue Services Director Bradley Cordes in leading the wider Exhibition Services team to drive the venue’s next phase of performance, service delivery and operational excellence.
Hayley Constable commented: “I’m incredibly proud to step into the role of Head of Exhibition Services. It’s been a privilege to grow with the Business Design Centre over the past 18 years, and I’m grateful for the support of such a dedicated team. I’m excited to continue building strong partnerships and delivering outstanding events.”
Max Bull, Chief Commercial Officer at the Business Design Centre, added: “Since joining the BDC in 2008, Hayley has made an exceptional contribution to the success of our Venue Services team, combining deep operational expertise with calm, consistent leadership. Her promotion reflects our strong culture of recognising, developing and retaining talent from within. Hayley is highly respected by our organiser community and trusted by customers for her practical, collaborative approach and her appointment further strengthens our leadership team as the Business Design Centre continues to grow.”
