Sarah Hewitt is joining Exclusive Collection as Group Director of People and Culture. Reporting to Managing Director, Danny Pecorelli, Sarah will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Exclusive Collection’s company culture. She will also oversee people processes and compliance, as well as reward and recognition across the award-winning independent hotel group.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at International Airlines Group (IAG), where she led the development and execution of the People and Culture Strategy of the global business service operating company. Her remit included talent acquisition, reward, learning and development, engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and HR operations. Her career also spans senior HR roles across global organisations in technology, healthcare, banking, and manufacturing.
As a key member of the executive team, Sarah will champion opportunity, development, and benefits that reflect Exclusive Collection’s high-performance culture. The appointment underlines Exclusive’s commitment to enabling a people-first environment that supports individual growth.
