Integrated multi-brand approach delivers premium guest experiences across Fusion Lounge, NOVA Glamping and circuit-wide operations at the 2026 British Grand Prix.
Eventist Collective – the specialist events and catering group behind some of the UK’s most memorable on-site experiences – brought together its specialist brands AP&Co, Food by Dish and Tapenade to deliver integrated catering and guest experiences across multiple locations at the 2026 British Grand Prix.
From luxury trackside accommodation and premium dining suites to high-volume guest operations, the collective showcased how collaboration between specialist brands creating a seamless catering and guest experience at scale – combining culinary creativity, operational precision and memorable moments for thousands of guests across the Silverstone estate.
Fusion Lounge: A New Era of Guest Experience at Scale
One of the weekend’s highlights was AP&Co’s first year delivering the catering and guest dining experience within Silverstone’s newly transformed Fusion Lounge – one of the circuit’s largest premium event destinations.
Across the weekend of 2nd-5th July 2026, more than 2,000 guests experienced Fusion Lounge including the brand-new VIP area: Moët & Chandon Club, with AP&Co delivering a reimagined dining journey designed around discovery, flexibility and theatre.
Moving away from a traditional format, the experience invited guests to explore immersive food destinations throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea were delivered through a series of distinct culinary concepts, each offering its own identity while maintaining a consistent level of premium service.
Guests were able to discover concepts including Vintage Reserve, Ember & Oak, Osteria Verde and Golden Pearl, with standout dishes ranging from Surrey Farm Beef Wellington and rotisserie chicken to pork belly crackling buns, artisan British and continental cheeses, and Golden Pearl’s signature Diamond Strawberry, served with white chocolate and Cornish clotted cream.
For Kate Bendall, Managing Director of AP&Co, Golden Pearl represented a particular highlight, with its elegant glass presentation and detailed craftsmanship capturing the level of creativity and attention to detail behind the overall guest experience.
NOVA Glamping Brings Luxury Accommodation to Life
As part of Silverstone’s new NOVA Glamping experience, Eventist Collective delivered the catering, food and beverage and guest service offer through Food by Dish and AP&Co.
Eventist Collective delivered more than 2,500 dining experiences across The Salon and The Smokery, serving breakfast and dinner from Thursday evening throughout the race weekend.
The culinary programme combined relaxed luxury with memorable touches, from cider-braised pork shoulder baps and fresh Goodness fruit bowls in the morning to chef-led dining and refined small plates including salt-baked seabass morsels with wild garlic, lemon and roasted olives.
Guests also enjoyed a curated drinks programme featuring signature mocktails including the Pit Stop Cooler and Sunrise Lap, complemented by bold orange & black styling and live entertainment that created a vibrant destination from arrival through to departure.
Delivering at Scale Across the Circuit
Alongside its new premium experiences, Eventist Collective continued to support established Silverstone operations including The Ridings Camping and The Helipad.
The Ridings welcomed guests throughout the race weekend, with Eventist Collective delivering more than 7,000 breakfast and lunch services, alongside catering for over 1,000 crew members.
At The Helipad, helicopter guests received a seamless arrival and departure experience, with chilled refreshments and elegant canapés creating a premium welcome from the moment they landed.

The result is a consistent guest experience across multiple environments, supporting Silverstone’s ambition to deliver consistently high-quality hospitality experiences across the event.
