BMA House partners with Be In Your Element to bring human sustainability to events

BMA House has announced a new partnership with wellness events specialist Be In Your Element, bringing bespoke wellbeing experiences to clients looking to enhance delegate experience, energy and connection across live, virtual and hybrid events.

The partnership forms part of BMA House’s ongoing commitment to sustainable events, with a particular focus on human sustainability. Through Be In Your Element, clients will be able to add tailored wellbeing moments into their existing event programmes, creating more balanced, engaging and rewarding experiences for attendees.

Founded by wellbeing expert Lucy Eden, Be In Your Element designs and delivers holistic event experiences that fit naturally into busy agendas. These range from energising brain breaks between content-heavy sessions and immersive workshops that encourage focus and connection, to curated wellness lounges where guests can pause, reset and recharge at their own pace.

With more than 150 wellbeing experiences available, options include grounding breathwork, creative workshops, movement sessions, hot and cold therapy, sessions exploring the impact of light on health, and even puppy yoga. Each experience is designed around the rhythm and objectives of the event, helping organisers support attention, energy and overall delegate wellbeing.

Hannah Robinson, Venue Manager at BMA House, said: “Sustainability is about more than reducing environmental impact. It is also about creating events that support people, help them feel engaged and leave a lasting positive impression. Our partnership with Be In Your Element gives clients the opportunity to bring wellbeing into their programmes in a thoughtful, flexible and meaningful way.

“Lucy’s background in events means she truly understands the pressures of event days and the needs of organisers. By connecting our clients directly with her expertise, we can help them identify the most suitable wellbeing experience for their brief, audience and objectives.”

Lucy Eden, Founder of Be In Your Element, added: “Events are powerful because they bring people together, but busy agendas can also place demands on energy, attention and wellbeing. Our role is to create moments that help guests feel present, connected and recharged, while supporting the overall flow and purpose of the event.

“We are delighted to be working with BMA House, a venue that understands the importance of creating memorable, human-centred event experiences. Together, we can help clients embed wellbeing in a way that feels natural, uplifting and valuable.”

The partnership will be promoted as an optional enhancement for BMA House clients, including those booking day delegate packages, allowing organisers to build wellbeing experiences into their events based on their audience, format and objectives.
