Bien Venue, the boutique venue find and event management agency known for its personalised and partnership-driven approach, has enhanced its leadership structure with two senior hires and an evolved internal role to support client delivery, business innovation, and growth.

These strategic moves mark a pivotal phase for the agency, focusing on digital transformation, operational agility, product development and deepening long-term client and supplier relationships.

Joining the senior team are Alexander Barlow as Head of Operations and Craig Jackson as Head of Sales & Account Management, alongside Mark Dixon, who steps into his evolved role as Head of Supply & Product.

Alexander Barlow, appointed as Head of Operations, is leading the agency’s shift toward smarter internal systems, analytics-driven performance, and scalable digital tools. With a background in digital transformation, marketing and team leadership, Alexander brings a proven track record in aligning business strategy with innovation and efficiency to enhance client delivery and prepare the business for future growth.

Craig Jackson, appointed Head of Sales & Account Management, is focused on building trusted, long-term partnerships through proactive account leadership and a client-first approach. With over a decade of experience in sales and relationship management across sectors including education, FMCG and events, Craig brings energy, commercial insight and a strategic mindset to the role.

Mark Dixon, already a valued member of Bien Venue’s senior team, has moved into a newly defined role as Head of Supply & Product, focused on strengthening the agency’s supply chain and commercial opportunities and developing product innovations that enhance the overall client experience. A key part of this remit includes identifying and implementing digital tools to evolve Bien Venue’s service offering and support long-term transformation.

The leadership changes come as Bien Venue enters an exciting phase of growth and investment to ensure Bien Venue’s services evolve in line with client needs and industry demands.

Kerry Edwards, Bien Venue Managing Director said: “These appointments bring both expertise and empathy to our leadership team. Having strong, strategic people in place gives me more time to listen – to our clients, the market, and the evolving needs of our sector. Our business has always been built on trust and collaboration, and this next chapter deepens that commitment.”

All three leaders are already contributing to Bien Venue’s strategic planning and ongoing client engagement.
