Barbican to host Prestigious Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat International Conference 2024

Barbican Business Events has revealed that the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) has chosen the Barbican as the venue for its CTBUH 2024 International Conference, “New or Renew: Addressing the Density Dilemma.”

This announcement coincides with the CTBUH announcing the 2024 destination and venue at their 2023 conference in Singapore.

The 2024 event will take place from the 23rd to the 25th of September 2024, utilising the Barbican Hall and Foyers, Cinema One, Auditorium One and Two, as well as the versatile Frobisher rooms. With an estimated 1,200+ delegates expected to attend, the Barbican is poised to become the convener of  ground-breaking discussions on tall buildings and urban development.

The CTBUH 2024 International Conference is a globally renowned gathering of architects, engineers, urban planners, developers, and industry experts who are passionate about shaping the future of cities. This premier event is known for its rich exchange of ideas, showcasing innovative designs, and exploring sustainable urban solutions.
