Landing Forty Two, the UK’s highest dedicated event space, is marking ten years of operation this autumn. Situated on the 42nd floor of The Leadenhall Building, the venue has become one of the City’s most recognisable spaces for private events, brand launches and high-profile gatherings. The building itself was officially opened by Prince William and Prince Harry, adding a royal chapter to its story. Since opening in 2015, Landing Forty Two, along with partners Vibration Production, Moving Venue and FullCircle has welcomed over 250,000 guests through its doors. Global names such as Louis Vuitton, TikTok, British Airways, Sky, Aon, and Mont Blanc have all used the space for major moments – from premieres and fashion shows to executive summits and cultural events.
Positioned 500 feet above ground, the venue is reached by one of Europe’s fastest scenic lifts and offers floor-to-ceiling views across London’s skyline. With 5,000 square feet of adaptable space, high-spec production capabilities and a minimalist architectural finish, Landing Forty Two provides a rare combination of visual impact and practical delivery.
Housed within The Leadenhall Building, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, the space shares a location with some of the UK’s leading financial and legal institutions. That proximity, paired with complete privacy and exclusivity, has made it a go-to for both global brands and local innovators.
Simon Tracey, CEO of Broadwick, said: “Landing Forty Two was our first venture 10 years ago, and its journey has been remarkable. We are incredibly proud to have hosted so many elite brands and events and to see it remain a prominent and highly sought-after venue.”
As the event landscape continues to evolve, Landing Forty Two remains focused on the future. With growing demand for unique, high-quality spaces in central locations, the venue is investing in long-term partnerships, sustainability initiatives and new technology to ensure it remains at the forefront of elevated event experiences in London. Following its success, the Landing collection is expanding, with Landing Canary Wharf set to open this autumn.
Landing Forty Two is operated by Broadwick as part of the Spaces & Stories portfolio.
