Global Experience Specialists (GES) will bring together senior leaders from across its international business at IMEX America this month, as the company builds on a partnership with the show that now extends to 2030.
GES has worked with IMEX America since its launch in 2011 and is the show’s General Services Provider. The extension through to 2030 reflects the long-term commitment between the two organisations and their increasingly collaborative approach to delivering and developing the show.
That collaboration continues this year with IMEX expanding the show footprint and looking for a new look and space for the Hosted Buyer Lounge. GES’s Creative and Design team has redesigned the lounge for its new location, incorporating natural elements into the space and creating a new environment for the show’s Hosted Buyer community.
Senior colleagues from across GES’s US, EMEA and Middle East businesses will also be in Las Vegas, meeting customers and partners and sharing perspectives from different international markets.
Jeff Quade, President, GES Exhibitions, commented: “IMEX America is an important long-term partner for GES and a relationship we are incredibly proud of. It is also an important opportunity to bring colleagues, customers, and partners together from around the world. We can share what is working in different markets, understand what customers need locally and use those conversations to continually improve what we deliver globally.”
Sustainability will also form part of GES’s presence at the show. Kate Holliday, Head of ESG, GES EMEA, will join the IMEX America education programme to discuss GES’s approach to combining global ambition with local implementation. A growing part of Holliday’s role is sharing sustainability successes and learnings developed across EMEA with GES teams internationally, while identifying ideas from other regions that could be adapted across the wider business.
GES and IMEX have already collaborated on sustainability initiatives including graphics, carpet, and reusable prefabricated frames, with the partnership continuing to explore new approaches to design, operations and the wider event experience.
IMEX America takes place at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, from 13–15 October 2026.
